Delivery Information

UK delivery is via Royal Mail standard delivery.

Europe and RoW delivery is via Airmail.

Subscriptions:

We will endeavour to load all subscription orders for despatch within 7 days of receipt. Unless otherwise requested, subscriptions will commence with the current published issue and we will endeavour to post the first issue of your subscription with 10 days of receipt of payment.

If you have requested to commence your subscription from the next published issue, we will post the first issue of your subscription within 7 days of the publication date.

Single issues:
We will endeavour to post out single issue orders within 10 days of receipt of payment.

Since all UK postage is via Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you would like to request a specific Royal Mail guaranteed delivery service, please contact us and we will provide you with a revised price.

Since all overseas postage is via Airmail, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Using the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) as a guide, airmail delivery to Europe is aimed to take 3 to 5 working days and airmail delivery to the Rest of the World is aimed to take 5 to 7 working days.

Refund policy
You have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of your single issue of TAH, or of the first issue of your annual subscription to TAH. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing (to The Aviation Historian, PO Box 962, Horsham RH12 9PP, UK) or by e-mail (to mickoakey@theaviationhistorian.com). Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will ask you to return your issue in undamaged condition; once we have received it, we will refund your payment in full. Please note we cannot reimburse you for the cost of returning an issue to us.
